Automated IP fish vaccination, verified in daily production.
An automated intraperitoneal vaccination line for fish from 10 to 200 g, running in commercial production since 2025 — not a prototype, not a render.
Running commercially, not just tested in a lab.
The line has been in daily commercial production since 2025 at Noordzee Su Ürünleri A.Ş. in Turkey, and field-tested successfully across three further sites on Turkey's Black Sea coast. In total, the system has been validated in production or field trials at four separate facilities.
Noordzee Su Ürünleri A.Ş., Turkey
Daily commercial production use. Facility name and imagery used with the operator's permission.
Black Sea field trials
Successful trials with rainbow trout (salmonid) across three separate sites on Turkey's Black Sea coast.
Standard configuration: 8 heads, 4×2 layout.
The 4×2 layout was selected after testing configurations of 1, 2, 4, 8 and 16 heads. The line can also be supplied with any other head count, single or multiple, from one head upward.
Every step of the vaccination cycle is automated except loading the fish onto the line, which the operator does by hand. Needles are automatically cleaned after every injection, and each head counts independently with a single combined summary panel.

Everything needed to compare this line against other equipment is below. A downloadable sheet is available for offline reference.
| Product | Automated intraperitoneal (IP) fish vaccination line |
|---|---|
| Fish weight range | 10–200 g |
| Species | Salmon, trout, seabass, meagre and other farmed fish species |
| Dose range | 0.01–0.25 ml, set to the customer's protocol prior to order |
| Dosing mechanism | Positive displacement. The piston stroke is mechanically limited, so delivered volume is independent of vaccine viscosity, temperature and line pressure. |
| Vaccine consumption | Approx. 10,000 doses per litre at a 0.1 ml setting |
| Standard configuration | 8 heads, 4×2 layout. Any head count available, single head upward. |
| Recommended throughput | Approx. 15,000 fish/hour · approx. 120,000 fish per 8-hour shift |
| Maximum throughput | Approx. 25,000 fish/hour · approx. 200,000 fish per shift (engineering rating) |
| Operators required | 1 operator per 2 heads — 4 operators for the 8-head configuration |
| Needle hygiene | Automatically cleaned after every injection |
| Counting | Each head counts independently, plus one combined summary panel |
| Monitoring | Each unit broadcasts its own local Wi-Fi hotspot and Bluetooth connection to a companion Android app. Monitoring is limited to within the facility; the line does not connect to a corporate network or external server. |
| Height adjustment | Adjustable to operator height; dampens vibration when mounted on a floating platform |
| Installation requirement | Compressed air and electricity only |
| Deployment | Land-based hatcheries and floating platforms at sea cage sites |
| Injection components | Built to Socorex-specification components |
| Certification | CE marked |
| Support | On-site installation, operator training, and remote support through the season |
| Power consumption | Available on request |
| Compressed air consumption | Available on request |
| Dimensions & weight | Available on request |
| Body material | Available on request |
| EU Declaration of Conformity | Available on request |

What happens after installation.
The first question buyers rarely ask out loud is what happens if the machine breaks. Here is the answer.

The line is installed and commissioned on site before handover.
Operator training
Operators are trained on loading, monitoring and routine maintenance.
Remote support
Support is available remotely throughout the vaccination season.
